Our fully guided morning sessions are priced at:


April and May , the early part of the season £90.00 per person per morning


June /July and August £130 per person per morning or £240.00 person for two morning sessions.


A discount is available should you require more than two fully guided morning sessions.


As everyone knows it is better to have less Ospreys in good light than lots in poor light, while during April and May we only see the males fishing we do get some of the best early morning light of the year.


All Osprey photography from the original hide is using a bean bag which you need to bring with you, recommended lens 300mm, the hide has a large bench that allows you to bring your camera bag and equipment in with you should you wish to change lenses ect.


All photography from the new head on hide is using a tripod which you also need to bring with you in the morning, recommended lens 400/500mm it is possible to take your camera bag and lenses into the hide so you can change lenses ect.


If you book more than one morning session it is recommended to have a morning in each hide to get the best possible and unique image.


The hides are located over flat level ground and a very short walk from the car park meeting point,so no long distance carrying equipment.


Session times commence with the meeting time at 4.15am as we aim to be settled in the hides before the first Ospreys arrive with the sessions finishing around 8:00 / 8.30am.


You are required to be at the meeting point no later that 4.30am

Our primary hide is located in the heart of Aviemore here in the Cairngorm National Park. Aviemore is located 84 miles north of Perth and 30 miles south of Inverness. Aviemore is served by an excellent transport network with both bus and rail services stopping in the town on a daily basis.
